WHEN WILL RODEO DUNES OPEN?

Construction is underway and Rodeo Dunes will open to the public in 2026.

DO FOUNDER MEMBERSHIPS REPRESENT AN EQUITY INTEREST IN THE CLUB ITSELF?

No. The Founder program entitles you to specific benefits and preferred access to Rodeo Dunes. You will not have any ownership or equity interest in Rodeo Dunes, its facilities, property, or assets.

THE FOUNDER OFFERING:

• Before Rodeo Dunes opens: the ability to visit the property as the course is being developed and to play a valuable role in the creation of these and future courses.

• Preview play for Founders and their guests before the course officially opens.

• Once open, we will hold tee times for Founder play each day. Founders may reserve tee times for themselves and their accompanied guests up to a year in advance.

• Exclusive Founder-only tournaments and other events.

• No golf charges beyond annual dues for Founders. Accompanied guests receive 50% discount on green fees.

• Founder membership is transferable one time to a family member.

• The initial Founder deposit is $75,000, increasing to $85,000 on August 10, 2024.

• Your Founder deposit will be payable following acceptance of your Founder Application, on the date you sign your Founder Agreement.

• Should the Rodeo Dunes project not proceed for any reason, we will return your Founder deposit in full.
  

CAN I PASS MY FOUNDERSHIP ON TO MY KIDS?

Yes. The Foundership may be gifted one time to a family member.

WHAT ARE THE ANNUAL DUES?

The annual dues will be $5,000 initially, payable on January 1 of each year, commencing on opening of all 18 holes of the first course for play.
